Parabolic
Leaf Springs for Series Land Rovers
'Parabolic' leaf springs have been around for
a long time, and they have been used in popular applications
such as 1990's GM 1/2 ton trucks. They use fewer leaves than
normal multi leaf springs, resulting in a ride that's more
like a coil spring. They also differ from stock springs in
that the leaves vary in thickness: thicker in the center,
thinner at the ends. The spring packs are lighter and generate
less friction, and depending on how you use your truck, they
might be just the thing for you.

We carry Rocky Mountain parabolic spring kits
These parabolic spring kits come with bushings
installed and new U-bolts. We believe they are superior and
safer than any other brand being offered, and they handle
weight better. We recommend that you stick with standard
duty OEM shocks if you are looking for the softest ride. If
you plan on doing a lot of off road travel and are looking
for a heavier duty shock to reduce bounce and body sway we
recommend our Old
Man Emu heavy duty shocks.
Front,
all models: 73588P
These springs have two parabolic leaves with a military
wrap on the second leaf. They are appropriate for all 88" and
109" models.
Rear,
all 88" and 109" regular: 73590P
Standard duty three leaf parabolic springs. Designed
to accept heavier loads. They work great for 88" Station
Wagons, and 109" pickups. For 109SW's, see below.
Rear
109SW: (call for availability)
Heavy duty four leaf rear springs used on '109'
models for service where constant loads are normal. These

you carry extra weight in your '109' Regular pickup.
